Courier & Delivery Services
We use priority express delivery services such as FedEx, DHL and UPS to ensure efficient shipping and the courier service used will be selected based on the most optimal delivery method as per the destination region.
Shipping Limitations:
We are not limited to shipping anywhere in the world but sometimes not often due to security reasons for PO, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses delivery can be delayed or rejected.
Customs Duties & Fees:
For International Shipments we do Delivery Duty Paid but in some cases customs of the European Union ask to pay duties to collect order, so no worries customers must pay the duty upfront and collect the parcel and provide a receipt for reimbursement and it will be processed within 3 to 5 working days in same way as you paid by cards, banks and paypal.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your tracking shows package has been delivered but you have not received your package, contact our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 business days from the tracking delivery date and we will do investigation and once verified by the courier, we will replace lost or damaged items with either a full store credit or a replacement order but is not applicable for Refund in any case.
Tracking & Customer Responsibility:
A tracking number will be provided upon shipment and also you will get directly notification from courier company and buyer is liable to track their order and coordinate directly with the courier for any delivery exceptions. If the courier attempts delivery multiple times without success, they may destroy the package. We are not responsible for such losses.
Unaccepted Deliveries:
If a buyer refuses delivery, the parcel will be considered lost or destroyed and cannot be returned and to process a return, the buyer must accept the delivery and follow the return instructions provided.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address and consignee name and contact details are accurate before placing an order and once your order will be dispatch, we cannot modify the shipping address but if you want re-route the package it will additionally cost you as per the destination. If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address, the package may be destroyed, and cancellation or return will not be possible.
Combined Shipments:
